Yes we all know the question on top of your post used to be "What are you Doing?" now it's changed to "What's Happening?" shows the significant change in the companies outlook. The service was started as a way for friends to keep in touch using short messages. But has since largely been ignored by users. The service has changed into a sharing network with everybody inventing their own use for the service.
So it does not really matter what the question above your answer bar is. Everyone has their own used for this service.
