Social Media being used to help spread info on Air Crash disaster in India
An Airplane has crashed in Mangalore, India with 169 people on-board. 160 are feared dead and is possibly India's worst air crash. The plane a Boeing 737-800 was flying into Mangalore from Dubai and skidded off the runway after landing. It passed the radar tower and landed in a forested area. It has also been reported that the plane broke into two.
Very few survivors are expected after the worst ever crash in India.
People in Indian and around the world spread the news quickly via Facebook and Twitter and one of the most tweeted messages are the Helpline numbers people can call.
