Wondering what happens when you block someone on Skype. Well there is not too much to it but here is what happens. The important thing to remember when you block someone on Skype is that you still appear on their friends' list and you on theirs. But both of you will appear offline to each other. Once blocked no chat or file transfers are possible. Please find a detailed analysis on what happens when you block someone on Skype.
1. The person you have blocked does not get to know that they have been blocked.
2. Skype does not send an them an email saying they have been blocked.
3. On their contact list you will appear offline.
4. The blocked person will not be able to chat or call you on Skype
5. File transfers they initiate will not reach you.
what about pending messages.. if you send a message to an offline user, and he or she did not recieve it yet cuz they havn't been online.. and i block that person.. will they still recieve the pending messages i left for him or her earlier?
