Twitter has announced an easy way to find and follow your Facebook friends on Twitter. Making it easier to stay in touch with your friends right from Twitter. The Facebook app allows you to also save your Facebook friends as a list. The new improvement means you do not need to search by name for your friends and by the time you get through the whole list it will be very time consuming. With Twitter's Facebook app you can check how many of your friends are on Twitter and follow them automatically.
An update from Twitter says that the Facebook App cannot currently access your Facebook friends list and this is a problem for Facebook's end. Facebook has said that they are working on resolving the issue.
Your Tweets can also get posted to your profile and any one page that you choose. For the first time you can now use Twitter to post tweets to Facebook.
