Cafe World Catering Business

Now that Chefs have started to landscape the outside of their cafe's and landscape their lawns and hanging out lights. People have begun to notice these cafes and spreading the word. Customers have decided that they need some catering because word has spread about your cooking expertise. You need to start by getting some advice on the menu you would need to serve and other recommendations. You would also need to get a VIP clientèle.

    Mine says it's 99% Complete, and that it's "processing my liscense". How long does that take?
