Stocking aiming to be the new Planking [Pics]

There have been no shortage at attempts to overthrow the internet craze called 'Planking'. There has been owling, Cone-ing, Batting, Leisure Diving and Horsemaning or the fake beheading. The latest one is called 'Stocking' and no it is not what you're thinking. Stocking has to do with taking a stock photo and adding your imitation to the side of it. There is a website for it where you can find all the cool stocking photos and images and it's called Stocking is the new Planking. This new trend wants to be the new hot internet meme.

Leisure Dive - Seeks to be the new planking

Well after the internet fad there have been a whole lot of out similar movements to become the next internet meme. We have seen Owling, Batting and Horsemaning - which the newest of the lot. Leisure Diving has also been proposed as the new planking on the internet. To be fair though it is not like planking and deserves it's own fame and name. 


How to leisure dive: To get a successful photo of yourself leisure diving you would need to jump into a body of water striking a 'leisure pose' in mid-air. The photographer would need to capture the image when your hips are parallel to the water to get a good leisure dive.


The folks over at www.leisuredive.com can give you some more guidance if you need to. 


What to do with your leisure dive pic. Well you can submit it to the guys at leisuredive.com 0r submit to their Facebook page. You can also share with all your FB, Twiter and other social networking friends. This is post that can go into your family album and shared among all your social connection. Horsemaning: Is this the new Planking [Photos]

Keeping up with internet meme and internet fads will now find you looking at Horsemaning sometimes spelled as Horsemanning. On the new Facebook page dedicated to this new fad is found the description. So What is Horsemaning?"Horsemaning" takes its name from the Headless Horseman, menacing villain of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow". 'Horsemaning started in the 1920s and is basically a fake beheading, where people lies down with the head hidden and another person hides behind the same object leaving the head exposed. It was started by a member from Buzzfeed and has now become the new planking. After planking there have been a couple of internet trends and fads trying to become the new planking like Batting and Owling but could this be the new planking.

Batting is in move over Planking and Owling

There are now a whole love of spin-offs on the popular sport of planking. Owling followed planking and now it's batting. So what is batting and how do you do the bat. You would need to hang upside down and fold your arms up in a V shape. The best place to find users who have submitted their batting photos is on www.dothebat.com and you can also check out the websites Facebook page. We have already covered the dangers of Planking and the dangers of Owling. The problem with these internet fads is that what starts out as a little bit of fun could soon become a danger to life itself. By now you are familiar with people loosing their life and jobs because of planking.

Is batting dangerous?
Well for starters this seems to be the most dangerous of all. The danger is because people may choose to do it in dangerous places. Hanging upside down from a height has got to be dangerous. If it is done as seem in the photos below in a safe place close to the ground it could be safe. but not entirely so cause if someone slips and falls it could cause grave danger. Have fun but don't let it because a dangerous fad and dangerous internet meme. Uses trying to be the best at Batting might hang from a dangerous place just to share the photo on Facebook and other social networks,by sharing and becoming the most famous. Refrain from doing it if it is going to put yourself or anyone else in harm's way.

It looks like that this craze originally started in Baghdad Iraq by American Soldiers.
